After being destroyed by PSG (4-0) in the first playoff game of the Champions League, Barcelona have won four games in a row and moved Real Madrid from the top of the La Liga table. On Wednesday, Blaugranes will meet PSG again and try to avenge for the recent defeat. However, a chance that Messi and the team can go further in the tournament is relatively small.

In order to qualify to the quarterfinals, Barcelona must score five goals and keep their own gates safe. Just one conceded goal will guarantee PSG a ticket to the next round. Most likely PSG will play in the quarterfinals anyway thanks to four goals scored in Paris, but at Camp Nou any result can happen.
In the last two games at Camp Nou Barcelona scored 11 goals. However, PSG can’t be compared to Celta and Sporting who were defeated there 5-0 and 6-1. Unlike these two clubs, Les Parisiens have the world class players in the squad who can easily cause troubles for Blaugranes.

Cavani and DI Maria brought the victory to PSG three weeks ago, so why won’t they do it again? Barcelona still have a lot of problems in defense. Nothing has changed dramatically since the game in Paris. Of course, Barcelona improved some minor details in attack and midfield, which helped them win an important away game against Atletico in La Liga. Nevertheless, Barcelona concede at least one goal in almost every game, which is unacceptable for the club, whose goal is to win the Champions League.
So far, the only chance for Barcelona to knock out PSG from the Champions League is to pressure the French club all 90 minutes, but will Barcelona be able to do it?
