We all know what happened at WrestleMania 30 last year. The Undertaker’s undefeated streak finally came to an end by the hands of Brock Lesnar. Right after their match it was reported that The Undertaker had to be taken to the hospital. Recently these past Mania’s The Undertaker only shows up to defend his streak and defeat his opponent. Every WWE fan thought we had seen the last of The Undertaker, especially since we learned he had to be rushed to a hospital.
Now ever since Bray Wyatt’s feud with Dean Ambrose has ended it’s very clear in his promos that he is calling out The Phenom. WWE has the writing on the wall that they want The Undertaker vs Bray Wyatt at this year’s WrestleMania. Every fan should be wondering why The Undertaker has nothing else to prove. Every fan would want the dream match of The Undertaker vs Sting. It’s a match the fans have wanted to see ever since WCW went out of business back in 2001. From WWE’s point of the view the only reason they should want Taker to wrestle is to pass the torch to Wyatt. Bray Wyatt is quickly becoming the next Undertaker, his promos are riddles and his entrance and song is different from others. Bray Wyatt is being built as the next monster in WWE’s eyes. It’s a realization that many WWE fans won’t notice until Wyatt beats The Undertaker. The guys like The Undertaker, Kane, Mark Henry, and Big Show all have had Hall of Fame careers. What is the one thing that all these men have in their career they were all monsters, or built to be unstoppable forces. All these men have succeed in doing so, WWE figures to look to the man that built a myth a legend for Wyatt. The Undertaker has been a stable with WWE. His character has the most unique entrance in WWE history, his matches will stand the test of time. Finally his undefeated streak, will live on forever no one will be able to reproduce that. WWE now wants the dead man to pass the torch to the character that has similarities with him. Bray Wyatt would be a perfect opponent for The Undertaker only if he is a 100 percent. It would not make such sense to send Taker out there to get even worse than he was last year. It will be interesting to see if The Undertaker shows up at WWE Fast Lane to challenge Bray Wyatt. If the match does go down at WrestleMania there’s no doubt that Wyatt should win the match. Even though all the fans want The Undertaker to win, it’s more important for Wyatt’s career to win. Now after the match fans will start to question next year’s WrestleMania. Just think about it for one minute. Next year’s WrestleMania will be held at AT&T stadium, this stadium holds just a little over 100,000 people. So even though it’s a slim chance for this to happen, imagine the headline reads The Undertaker vs Sting as the finale. Only time will tell what The Undertaker will do, but as fans we will be on the edge of our seats waiting.
