Last week: 7-7
Thursday, October 29th
8:25 pm CBS Gillette Stadium
Dan Campbell has the Dolphins murdering teams. They had 35 points on the board while the Texans had 0 offensive yards. I know it’s the Texans, but they’re NFL players. The Patriots rushed for 16 yards, dropped 11 passes, and scored 30 points against the Jets. Both teams are humming, but this one will be closer than eight.
Winner ATS: Miami

9:30 am FOX Wembley Stadium
Detroit is having trouble converting any offense into points. Stafford has thrown for more yards than the opposition in six of their seven games. He should get the better of Kansas City as they’re without the benefit of home field.
Winner ATS: Detroit
1:00 pm FOX Soldier Field
The Bears are 28th in points and 27th in yards. They’re 25th in rushing yards allowed, which won’t help when going up against Adrian Peterson. Then again, they’re off a bye at home against a divisional opponent. It’s the perfect storm.
Winner ATS: Chicago
1:00 pm FOX FirstEnergy Stadium
If the Browns have to go with Manziel with the mounting injuries to Josh McCown, bad things will happen. Tyrann Mathieu is playing out of his mind. Meanwhile, they’re top 10 in rush and pass yards, top 5 in points and yards, and top 10 in points allowed and all types of yards allowed.
Winner ATS: Arizona
1:00 pm CBS M&T Bank Stadium
Baltimore has been within a score in the fourth quarter in every game this season. Add to that the possibility of having all of their defensive secondary active for the first time since week five and I like them to build up their win column.
Winner ATS: Baltimore
1:00 pm FOX Georgia Dome
It’s an ugly spread, and the Falcons have not exactly been playing their best football. They’re 2-1 in their last three games, but have won by a collective nine points. Winston should make a mess of Atalnta’s 25th best pass defense.
Winner ATS: Tampa Bay
1:00 pm FOX Mercedes-Benz Superdome
New Orleans appears to have figured out how to win again. Despite Brees having his worst performance of the season against the Colts, the Saints have won three of their last four. The problem is their defense. Only two teams allow more yards and 26.4 points per game will likely get the best of them with the New York receiving core.
Winner ATS: New York
1:00 pm CBS NRG Stadium
This division is embarrassing. The Texans are cutting QBs because they miss the team flights; Jadeveon Clowney has one sack; three teams have fewer combined wins than do five other teams in the league individually.
Winner ATS: Tennessee
1:00 pm CBS Heinz Field
Roethlisberger is a big question mark for this game. However, even if he does play, I’m unsure as to how crisp things will look. The Bengals are off of a bye and Andy Dalton is averaging a season best completion percentage (67.4).
Winner ATS: Cincinnati
1:00 pm FOX Edward Jones Dome
The Rams are doing this thing where it looks like they only care when they’re playing divisional opponents. They topped both Arizona and Seattle one a piece and will likely make it a round 1 sweep on Sunday. Todd Gurley has averaged 144 rushing yards per game in his past three.
Winner ATS: St. Louis
4:05 pm CBS O.co Coliseum
Derek Carr has been impressive. He has quietly gained 11 TDs to 3 INTs all with a 65% completion rate. The Jets defense will cause trouble, but Carr has already dealt with Denver’s defense and survived.
Winner ATS: Oakland
4:25 pm FOX AT&T Stadium
The Seattle offense is nothing to write home about, but they’re second in rushing. Their defense will likely be the reason they win this game. They’re top five in fewest yards and allowed and points allowed.
Winner ATS: Seattle
8:30 pm NBC Sports Authority Field
Manning as an underdog at home is rare, but here it’s justified. Manning will scheme his way to navigate an average Packers defense. However, the Packers allow the fewest points in the league. I see a low scoring affair.
Winner ATS: Green Bay
Monday, November 2nd
8:30 pm ESPN Bank of America Stadium
The Colts have allowed 401 more yards than they’ve gained and are -8 in the turnover department. Josh Norman and his four INTs this season will cause problems for Luck.
Winner ATS: Carolina
Bye week: Buffalo, Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Washington
