Michigan Football inked 16 players during the early signing period. The Wolverines are still looking to add a few more players to their 2018 recruiting class. One of the players near the top of their wish list is Tyler Friday from Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, New Jersey)
Friday, who checks in at 6-3, 263, is the No. 3 ranked defensive tackle in the country and the No. 85 player overall, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He has taken official visits to Alabama, Michigan and Ohio State.
Friday should be announcing his decision this week with a video, according to 247Sports.
Michigan had long been the frontrunner in Friday’s recruitment, but Ohio State has made a push and might now be considered the favorite.
